After a successful year of collaboration as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), **Sébastien Meunier has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oury Medical Group.** Sébastien has demonstrated unwavering commitment to our vision and has played a key role in driving our commercial and strategic initiatives.

To support this transition and our growth ambitions, we are delighted to welcome **Gianfranco Viola as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)**. Gianfranco brings extensive experience, having significantly contributed to transforming Lincotek Medical, an Italian SME, into a leading international surgical device manufacturer in Europe and the United States. His deep industry expertise and global network will be instrumental in expanding Oury Medical’s presence among industry leaders and achieving our strategic vision.

We are also proud to announce the appointment of **Magalie Hennequin as Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QARA)**. With over 20 years of experience in medical device companies of all sizes, Magalie is a recognized expert in navigating ever-evolving regulatory landscapes. Her dual expertise in quality and regulatory affairs will enhance our ability to meet the stringent demands of the medical device industry while supporting client needs. Her vision, combining compliance, safety, and performance without compromising business agility, perfectly aligns with Oury Medical’s commitment to excellence.


Sébastien Meunier will rely on a strong and established leadership team, including **Alain Orsolini, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), responsible for fostering an industrial culture focused on efficiency and performance; Didier Guillon Cottard, R&D Director; Fabien Rousseau, promoted to Site Director of Grenoble; and Céline Raffray, Site Director of Haute-Marne.**

Sébastien has a dual competence in Business Development & Marketing, as well as technical and operational expertise acquired over 15 years of experience in the medical devices industry.
Sébastien has worked both for large industrial groups and as an entrepreneur in medical devices in line with our DNA of agility and efficiency. This perfectly echoes our motto: "Repeating the Impossible."

## In a strategic move to strengthen its status as a global partner in the supply of surgical instruments, Oury Medical is pleased to announce the acquisition of Metal Global Concept (MGC). This acquisition follows that of SMAO last December and reinforces the expansion strategy of the Oury Medical group orchestrated by SPE Capital since October 2022.

For more than 40 years, MGC has been supporting its customers in its core expertise of precision sheet metal work for the medical sector, as well as in the aeronautics, space, and paramedical segments.
Since 2018, with new Management from the Medical sector and leveraging its technical expertise in the production of metal cases, MGC has developed a complete range of containers for the medical, dental, and veterinary segments. These high-quality products immediately found their place in major global markets such as the USA and Japan.
In this context, the acquisition of MGC represents a crucial step in the construction of Oury Medical. By adding containers to its product range, Oury Medical intends to position itself as a one-stop solution provider for surgical instrumentation.
